Salary Details
Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay scales and will be entitled to Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Allowances, and other benefits.
- Assistant Manager (E2): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
- Executive (E0): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (E2):
- Management: 2-year full-time MBA/MMS or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/International Trade or related fields with 60% marks.
- Finance: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
- HR/ Personnel: 2-year full-time MBA/MMS or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM/Industrial Relations with 60% marks.
- Law: Full-time degree in Law (3 years or 5 years) with 60% marks.
- Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/IT/Fire & Safety/Naval Architect): 4-year full-time Bachelor’s Degree in the respective engineering stream with 60% marks.
- Company Secretary: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field is desirable.
Executive (E0):
- Finance: 3-year full-time BBA/BMS/Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Finance and/or Accounts with 60% marks.
- HR/ Personnel: 3-year full-time BBA/BMS or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM with 60% marks.
- Mass Communication: 3-year full-time BBA/BMS/Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Mass Communication with 60% marks.
- Hindi: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level, or vice-versa.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of post-qualification experience in a related field is mandatory.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 27 years as of 01/08/2025 for both posts.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government directives:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-servicemen: 5 years
Selection Process
The selection process involves three stages:
- Stage I: Online Exam (OE): An online test consisting of questions on Core Domain/Professional Knowledge, Aptitude, and a Psychometric Test. There will be negative marking of 0.25 for incorrect answers in the Core Domain and Aptitude sections.
- Stage II: Group Discussion (GD): Candidates will be shortlisted for the GD in a 1:6 ratio based on their online exam scores. This is an elimination round.
- Stage III: Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who clear the GD will be called for a personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the weightage of 70:10:20 for the Online Exam, GD, and PI, respectively.

Instructions
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates can apply for only one stream within each post type (Assistant Manager and Executive).
- A probation cum training period of one year will be applicable.
- Candidates currently employed in PSUs/Government bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
- Furnishing any false or incorrect information will lead to the cancellation of candidature at any stage.
