Educational Qualification
- Level 1: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
- Level 2/3: Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent. For technical categories, Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.
- Level 4/5: Graduation from a recognized institution.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years of age as of 01-01-2026. This means they must have been born between 02-01-2001 and 01-01-2008 (both dates inclusive). No age relaxation is permissible.
Selection Process
The recruitment process involves:
- Trials: All eligible candidates will be called for trials to assess their sports performance and suitability. Candidates must score a minimum of 25 out of 40 marks to be considered ‘FIT’.
- Assessment: ‘FIT’ candidates will be assessed based on:
- Performance in trials: 40 Marks
- Recognized sports achievements: 50 Marks
- Educational Qualification: 10 Marks
- Final Merit: The final merit list will be based on the total marks obtained (out of 100). Minimum qualifying marks are 70 for Level-4/5, 65 for Level-2/3, and 60 for Level-1.

Instructions
- Candidates must have a valid personal email ID and mobile number throughout the recruitment process.
- Sports achievements from 01-04-2023 to the date of notification will be considered.
- Serving employees must upload a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their employer.
- Recruited sportspersons must execute a service bond for a period of 5 years.
- The appointment will be on a probation period of two years.
