Salary Details
An honorarium will be provided for the training sessions conducted. This is not a salaried position, and no monthly salary will be paid.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria :
- Must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) for at least five years.
- Should have passed at least the +2 (12th Standard) examination.
- Must be proficient in using mobile applications.
- Should have attended at least 5 to 10 training programs at the district, block, or panchayat level.
- The applicant’s SHG must not have any non-performing loans (bad loans).
- Must have the support of her family to work as a trainer.
- Should not hold any significant political position or be employed full-time or part-time in any private company.
Age Limit
The minimum age for applicants is 21 years. There is no maximum age limit, but the candidate must be physically fit and capable of conducting training sessions.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a written test and an interview for those who are deemed eligible.
