Educational Qualification
- Record Clerk: Must have completed the 10th standard.
- Office Assistant: Must have passed the 8th standard and must know how to ride a bicycle.
- Night Watchman: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
Age Limit
The age limit as of July 1, 2025, is as follows:
- General Category: 18 to 32 years
- BC/MBC: 18 to 34 years
- SC/ST: 18 to 37 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years for ‘Others’ and 55 years for BC/MBC/SC/ST.
- Age relaxation for differently-abled persons and destitute widows is applicable as per government rules.
