Salary Details
The estimated total salary after the probation period will be as follows :
- Junior Clerk: Basic Pay of ₹15,200 + DA + HRA
- Assistant Staff (Peon): Basic Pay of ₹12,200 + DA + HRA
During the one-year probation period, the consolidated pay will be ₹11,000 per month for Junior Clerks and ₹7,000 per month for Assistant Staff.
Educational Qualification
The cut-off date for meeting the eligibility criteria for age and educational qualification is 30.09.2025.
- Junior Clerk:
- Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 45% marks.
- Other Qualifications: Knowledge of computers is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with GDC&A, CAIIB, or a Banking Diploma.
- Assistant Staff (Peon):
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed the 10th standard (SSC).
Age Limit
The age limit for candidates as of 30.09.2025 is :
- Junior Clerk: 21 to 35 years
- Assistant Staff (Peon): 18 to 35 years
Selection Process
The selection process will involve the following stages:
- Online Examination (90 Marks): An objective, multiple-choice online test will be conducted.
- For Junior Clerk: The test will cover Banking, Marathi Grammar, English, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Reasoning. The medium of the exam will be Marathi.
- For Assistant Staff (Peon): The test will cover General Knowledge and Reasoning.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the online exam will be called for document verification based on merit.
- Interview (10 Marks): Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview process. The 10 marks for this stage are divided into 5 marks for educational qualifications and 5 marks for the oral interview.
- Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on the combined score of the online exam and the interview (out of 100 marks).
