Salary Details
Officers will receive parent pay plus deputation allowance, along with other perks and allowances as per IRCTC policy. The scale aligns with CDA pattern under 7th CPC for the respective levels.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be IRAS officers, with preference for those having IT exposure. The number of years and nature of experience in finance areas will be considered during selection.
Age Limit
For Group General Manager (E8): Below 58 years as on 27.11.2025. For General Manager (E7): Below 56 years as on 27.11.2025.
Selection Process
Selection follows the procedure outlined in Ministry of Railways Letter No. 2017/E(O)II/2015 dated 25.05.2017. Applications are evaluated based on experience, qualifications, and vigilance clearance.
