Salary Details
The consolidated monthly remuneration for each post is as follows:
- Senior Programme Manager: ₹1,00,000
- Domain Expert – Public Health: ₹75,000
- Senior Consultant: ₹65,000
- Junior Consultant: ₹60,000
- Finance Manager: ₹60,000
- Accounts Manager: ₹50,000
- Data Assistant: ₹35,000
A 5% annual performance-based increment is also applicable, subject to approval.
Educational Qualification
- Senior Programme Manager: Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Administration/Management or MBA-HR with over 15 years of experience in the government sector.
- Domain Expert – Public Health: Bachelor’s degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with a Master’s in Public Health or a PG Diploma in Public Health Administration and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Senior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with at least 7 years of experience in public health programs.
- Junior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public health programs.
- Finance Manager: MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA/CA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.
- Accounts Manager: MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA (Inter)/CA (Inter) with at least 3 years of experience in account management.
- Data Assistant: MBA-IT/MCA/M.Sc.-IT/BCA with 3 years of experience. Knowledge of MS Office and MS Access is essential.
Age Limit
The age of candidates must be between 21 and 60 years.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on their application, qualifications, and experience as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Terms of Reference. The Ministry may conduct interviews or other assessments to shortlist candidates.

Instructions
- The engagement is purely on a contractual basis.
- Contractual staff are eligible for 12 days of leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
- No other allowances, such as transport or medical, will be admissible, except for TA/DA on tour.
