Salary Details
Lecturer (Regular): Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Director (Deputation): Level-12 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Director (Contractual): Rs. 90,000/- consolidated per month.
Contractual Posts (CDEIC): Consolidated monthly salary ranging from Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- depending on the post.
Educational Qualification
Lecturer in Special Education: Master’s Degree, B.Ed./Diploma in Special Education (Intellectual Disability), and 2 years of experience.
Lecturer in Rehabilitation Psychology: M.Phil in Clinical/Rehabilitation Psychology or Ph.D. in a relevant field, RCI registration, and 2 years of experience.
Director: Post Graduate Degree in Special Education or any other discipline with 55% marks. Experience requirements vary for deputation and contract roles.
CDEIC Contractual Posts: Qualifications range from Middle Pass with training (for Caregiver) to Master’s/M.Phil degrees (for Psychologist, Interventionist) in the relevant field. Most posts require 2-3 years of experience.
Age Limit
Regular Posts: Up to 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms for reserved categories.
Director (Deputation/Contract): Maximum 56 years for deputation and 62 years for short-term contract.
Contractual Posts: Maximum age limit is 56 years.
The cut-off date for determining age is the last date of application submission.
Group B & C posts (including contractual): Selection will be through Personal Interviews. If more than 20 applications are received for a post, a written examination will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the interview.
