Selection Process
The selection will be through a walk-in interview to be conducted at NIFTEM-Thanjavur on October 9, 2025 at 9:30 AM. Candidates fulfilling the eligible criteria must be present with original certificates, including OBC/SC/ST/PH certificates, grade cards/mark sheets, publications, two numbers of colour passport size photographs and CV, as well as a set of photo copies of all relevant documents along with the application form prescribed by NIFTEM-T.
How to Apply
This is a walk-in interview recruitment. Candidates need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the application form from the Institute website (www.niftem-t.ac.in) as per the format provided.
Step 2: Fill the application form completely with accurate details.
Step 3: Prepare the following documents (both original and photocopies):
- Educational qualification certificates
- OBC/SC/ST/PH certificates (if applicable)
- Grade cards/Mark sheets
- Experience certificates (if any)
- Publications (if any)
- Two recent colour passport size photographs
- CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- Application form (hard copy)
Step 4: Attend the walk-in interview on 09.10.2025 at 9.30 AM at:

Step 5: Submit the filled application form along with all necessary documents during the interview for verification.
Instructions
- Application Fee is Rs. 500/- (SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates are exempted from payment of fees).
- The interview will be in person only at NIFTEM-Thanjavur.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The appointments are purely on temporary and time bound basis.
- Selected candidates have to work for six days in a week except second Saturday and Government holidays.
- Tenure will be till the completion of the Project Period. The selected candidate is liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons.
- If candidate intends to terminate engagement on own volition, they must give one-month notice period in advance in writing or pay an amount equivalent to the monthly consolidated amount in lieu of notice period.
- The selected candidate shall devote his/her whole time and attention to the interest of the assigned project and other related works assigned from time to time.
- If candidate performance is found to be unsatisfactory, engagement can be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons.
- The Institute reserves the right to Revise/Reschedule/Cancel/Suspend/withdraw the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- The decision of the Institute shall be final and no appeal in this regard shall be entertained.
- The Institute reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any reason.
