Salary Details

Educational Qualification
- Managerial & Engineering Posts (E-7 to E-2): Essential qualification is a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Solar, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or Civil (for Civil posts). A PG Degree/M.Tech in a relevant field is desirable for most posts.
- Junior Foreman/Supervisor (S-1): Degree/Diploma in Civil or Electrical engineering. For the Draftsman post, a Certificate in Draftsmanship from ITI is also required.
- Experience: All positions require significant post-qualification experience, ranging from 1 year for S-1 and E-2 grades to 16 years for the E-7 grade.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is calculated as of the closing date of the application (24.10.2025).

Selection Process
The selection process may vary depending on the number of applications received. SECI reserves the right to:
- Shortlist candidates based on higher eligibility criteria (marks, experience, etc.).
- Conduct a screening test, written test, trade test, or skill test as deemed fit.

- Upload a scanned passport-size photograph, signature, and all necessary documents (educational qualifications, experience certificates, caste/category certificate).
- Pay the application fee online.
- Submit the final application before the deadline.
Application Fee
- Executive Cadre (Posts 1-11): ₹1000/-
- Supervisory Cadre (Posts 12-14): ₹600/-
- Exemption: SC/ST, Ex-servicemen, and PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
Instructions
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Applications must be submitted online; other modes will be rejected.
- Candidates employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview stage.
- The cut-off date for determining age and post-qualification experience is the closing date of the notification.
- All appointments are subject to medical fitness as per company rules.
