Salary Details
A monthly stipend will be provided to the selected apprentices during the training period:
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000 per month
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices: ₹8,000 per month
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed their degree or diploma in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 and must be from Tamil Nadu.
- Graduate Apprentices: A full-time Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices: A full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a State Council or Board of Technical Education.
Age Limit
The age limit will be followed as per the Apprenticeship Rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following criteria:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in their respective qualifying degree or diploma examinations.
- Intimation: The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the NATS portal, and individuals will be informed via their registered email ID.
- Certificate Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear for certificate verification at TNMVMD, Chennai.

Eligible and interested candidates must apply online through the National Web Portal (NATS). The procedure varies depending on whether you are already registered:

https://nats.education.gov.in. - For New Users (Type C):
- Click on “Student” and then “Student Register.”
- Complete the application form to generate a unique 12-digit enrollment number.
- For Registered Users (Type A & B):
- Log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to the “Apply against advertised vacancies” section.

Instructions
