Salary Details
The engagement is initially for three years, extendable for one more year.
- 1st Year: ₹40,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹45,000/- per month
- 3rd Year: ₹50,000/- per month
- 4th Year: ₹55,000/- per month
Additional Benefits:
- Area Allowance: 10% of consolidated remuneration for those posted to sites.
- Annual Allowance: ₹12,000/- per year towards insurance, attire, etc.
- Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000/- after completing the full 4-year tenure.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree (4-year course) with a Pass Class in one of the following disciplines from a recognized university:
- Electronics: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Applied Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Telecommunication.
- Computer Science: Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science.
- Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification industrial work experience is required as of 01.11.2025.
Age Limit
The upper age limit as of 01.11.2025 is 32 years for General & EWS candidates. Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years over and above the category relaxation.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a walk-in process for pre-registered candidates.
- Written Test: Candidates will first undergo a written test.
- Interview: Based on the written test scores, candidates will be shortlisted for an interview in a 1:5 ratio for each category.
The final selection will be based on a weightage of 85% for the written test and 15% for the interview.
How to Apply
- Candidates must pre-register for the walk-in selection using the QR code provided in the advertisement by 20.11.2025.
- Pay the application fee of ₹472 online via SBI Collect. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
- Attend the walk-in selection on 24.11.2025 at Bharat Electronics Limited, Site-IV Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
- Bring the duly filled application form (appended to the advertisement), payment receipt, and one set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents.
Instructions
- Entry to the selection venue will close at 09:00 am on 24.11.2025.
- Candidates who do not pre-register will not be allowed to participate.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel extensively across India.
- Serving employees in PSU/Govt. organizations must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC).
- Incomplete applications or those without the required documents will be rejected.
