Salary Details
Selected candidates will be placed in the E0 Grade with a pay scale of Rs 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000/-.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience as of 01/11/2025.
- Mining: Diploma in Mining with 5 years of experience and a Foreman’s Certificate OR Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years of experience and a Foreman’s or Second-Class Manager’s Certificate.
- Geology: Diploma in Draughtsmanship (Mechanical/Civil) with 5 years of experience OR Post-Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years of experience.
- Survey: Diploma in Survey with 5 years of experience and a Mine Surveyor’s Certificate OR Bachelor’s in Mining/Civil Engineering or M.Tech (Geomatics) with a Surveyor’s Certificate and 2 years of experience.
- Environment: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology with 2 years of experience.
- Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery with 2 years of experience.
- Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Mineral Processing: Bachelor’s Degree in Mineral Processing/Mineral Engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Finance: Intermediate of CA/ICWA with 3 years of experience OR PG Diploma/MBA in Finance with 2 years of experience.
- HR: Graduate with 5 years of experience OR PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in HR with 2 years of experience.
- Admin/Law: Graduate with 5 years of experience OR LLB / 5-year integrated LLB with 2 years of experience.
- Materials & Contracts: Bachelor’s Degree (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering) with a PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in Materials/Supply Chain/Logistics Management and 2 years of experience.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 40 years as of 01/11/2025. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), and PwD candidates (10-15 years) as per government guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on a Written Test. Shortlisted candidates from the test will be called for Document Verification. Tentative test centers include Bengaluru, Raipur, Bhopal, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna, and Ranchi.

- Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹500/- for General, OBC & EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
- Fill out the application form carefully and submit it before the deadline.
- Keep a printout of the computer-generated application and acknowledgment slip for future reference.
Instructions
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- A Service Agreement Bond of ₹3 Lakhs is required to be executed for a minimum service period of 3 years.
- Candidates working in Government/PSUs must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of document verification.
- Candidates should apply for only one discipline as the written tests for all posts will be conducted on the same day.
