Salary Details
The position of Manager (Civil) offers a pay scale of INR 50,000 – 1,60,000. In addition to the basic pay and DA, selected candidates will receive fixed/variable allowances @ 23% of Basic Pay, HRA/Lease, Contribution to PF, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act. Other benefits include medical facilities, accident/death insurance, and leave encashment as per company rules.
Educational Qualification
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Candidates in the UR/EWS category must have a first-class degree or a minimum of 60% marks.
- Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD) require at least 50% marks.
- A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant discipline is required.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the post is 40 years as of the last date of application submission (30.11.2025). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years over and above the category relaxation.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on the following:
- Written Test: 60% weightage. The test will consist of 125 objective questions, with no negative marking. The duration is 2.5 hours.
- Interview: 40% weightage. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a ratio of 1:6 based on their performance in the written test.
The final merit panel will be based on the combined performance in the written test and interview.
