Salary Details
- Manager (80000–220000): Total CTC is approximately ₹26.66 Lacs per annum.
- Deputy Manager (70000–200000): Total CTC is approximately ₹23.45 Lacs per annum.
- CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, perks, allowances, and retirement benefits.
Educational Qualification
- Cost Engineering: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg. in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Civil with minimum 65% marks.
- Mechanical Metallurgy: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg. in Mechanical or Metallurgy with minimum 65% marks.
- Experience: 8 years for Manager and 4 years for Deputy Manager positions as of 30.11.2025.
Age Limit
- Manager: Maximum 36 years.
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 32 years.
- Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwD (10-15 years) as per Government of India guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection process involves shortlisting candidates based on qualification and experience, followed by a Personal Interview. Interviews may be conducted in person at New Delhi/Gurugram or through video conferencing.
