Salary Details
- Fixed Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- Annual Increment: 5% on the fixed pay after each completed year of service.
- Additional Benefits: Reimbursement of medical health insurance premium (up to Rs. 4,000/- per annum for self) and TA/DA for outstation duties.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade from an AICTE/UGC approved university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Electrical construction, Procurement, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning/TRD Maintenance in Railways, Metro Rail, or Power utilities.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 years (as of December 1, 2025).
- Relaxation: Age relaxations apply as per Government of India guidelines for reserved categories.
Selection Process
- Registration: Candidates must register at the walk-in venue between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM on the scheduled dates.
- Walk-in Interview: Eligibility will be checked, followed by a face-to-face interview.
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must meet prescribed medical standards, including being free from color blindness.

- Prepare the application form typed on A-4 size paper in the format provided in the official notification.
- Gather original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies (DOB proof, degree certificates, mark sheets, and experience certificates).
- For current employment proof, provide the offer letter and the last two months’ salary slips.

Instructions
- The contract is co-terminus with the project and does not confer any right to regular employment.
- Candidates must be in sound health; no relaxation in medical standards is permitted.
- Ex-contract employees of IRCON whose services were terminated due to project closure are eligible to apply afresh.
