Salary Details
- Pay Scale: ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/- (during training)
- Designation after Training: Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
- Pay Scale after Confirmation: ₹ 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
- CTC: Approximately ₹ 16-17 Lakhs per annum (at minimum of E-1 grade)
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance, Perquisites under cafeteria approach, HRA/Housing, Leave Encashment, Medical Facility, PF, and Gratuity.
Educational Qualification
- Degree: Full-time Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Minimum Marks: 65% marks (average of all semesters)
- Eligible Branches: Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Metallurgy.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 28 Years (as on 05-12-2025)
- Cut-off Date: Candidate must not be born earlier than 05.12.1997.
- Departmental Candidates: Upper age limit is 45 years.
- Relaxation: Applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection procedure consists of three stages:
- Online Examination (CBT):
- Part I: Domain Knowledge Test (100 marks, 40 mins)
- Part II: Aptitude Test (100 marks, 80 mins) – Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, General Awareness.
- Tentative Date: Jan–Feb 2026
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates (1:3 ratio) based on CBT performance.
- Interview: Final assessment stage.
- Weightage: CBT (75%) + GD (10%) + Interview (15%).
