Salary Details
- Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist: Rs. 27,000/- Per Month
- Occupational Therapist: Rs. 23,000/- Per Month
- Mid-Level Health Provider / Psychiatric Nurse / Staff Nurse: Rs. 21,000/- Per Month
- Account Assistant: Rs. 19,000/- Per Month
- Dispenser Siddha: Rs. 18,000/- Per Month

Educational Qualification
- ANM / ANM (FBDP): Must have passed Higher Secondary School Examination and a two-year ANM course from a DPH approved institution/nursing council. Must produce an ANM certificate issued by the Director of Public Health & Preventive Medicine.
- Multi-Purpose Hospital Worker: Candidate must have passed 8th Standard.
- Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or higher qualification from a recognized institution.
- Occupational Therapist: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university. Mandatory working knowledge of Tamil.
- Special Educator for Behavioural Therapy: Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education (D.Ed/B.Ed/M.Ed) from a UGC-recognized university. Must hold a live Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration with a valid number. Mandatory working knowledge of Tamil.
- Psychologist: Master’s degree in Child/Adolescent Psychologist or Child Psychologist from any recognized university in India. Must serve a minimum of 2 years after joining.
- Account Assistant: B.Com / B.A. (Corporate) / BCS Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts maintenance using Tally Package and basic computer skills.
- Dispenser Siddha: D.Pharm / Integrated Pharmacy Course (applicable for certificates issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu only).
- Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Gr-II: Passed 10+2 with Biology (or Botany & Zoology). Must have passed Tamil language as a subject at the SSLC level. Must have completed a 2-year Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector course from recognized Government or Private institutions. Must possess the MPHW(M) certificate granted by DPH & PM / Gandhi Gram University.
- Mid-Level Health Provider / Staff Nurse: Diploma in GNM / B.Sc. (Nursing) from a Government or Government-approved Private Nursing College recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Psychiatric Nurse: Nursing qualification from Government Medical Institutions with a preference for a 6-month specialized Psychiatry training certificate. In case of non-availability, candidates with 6 months of working experience in a psychiatry department of a recognized hospital will be considered.
- Clinical Psychologist: M.Sc Psychology / M.Phil Clinical Psychology / M.A. or M.Sc Psychology with 6 months of special training at identified institutions such as NIMHANS.
Age Limit
- Occupational Therapist / Special Educator / Psychologist: Age should not be above 40 years.
- Account Assistant: Not exceeding 35 years of age.
- Mid-Level Health Provider / Staff Nurse: Candidate should not be over 50 years of age.
