Educational Qualification
- Medical Officer (UHWC): MBBS Degree awarded by a university or institution recognized by the UGC, approved by MCI/NMC. Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
- Staff Nurse / MLHP: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Multi Purpose Health Worker (Health Inspector – Grade II): Passed 10+2 with Biology or Botany and Zoology. Passed Tamil language as a subject at the SSLC level. Must possess a 2-year MPHW(M)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector training course certificate offered by recognized institutions/universities and granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
- Dental Surgeon: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a Government/Govt-approved private college recognized by DCI and registered under the Tamil Nadu Dental Council.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT). Desirable: At least 2 years of working experience in a hospital.
- Audiologist (GMCH): B.Sc. Audiologist.
- Audiometrician/ Audiometric Assistant: Passed HSC with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Must have completed a 1-year certificate course in Audiometry from Government Medical Institutions or other recognized setups.
- Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology / B.Sc (Speech and Hearing) from an RCI recognized institute.
- Early Interventionist cum Special Educator cum Social Worker: Post Graduate in Sociology / Social Work or Bachelor in Physiotherapy.
- Occupational Therapist: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
- Account Assistant: B.Com graduate with minimum experience in accounts maintenance, computer skills, and proficiency in operating “Tally Package”.
- Lab Technician (Grade III): 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from King Institute of Preventive Medicine or recognized institution OR passed +2 with a 1-year CMLT course from a recognized institution. Must possess a good physique, good vision, and outdoor work capacity.
- Counsellor: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS.
- OT Technician / OT Assistant: 3-month OT Technician course from a recognized university or institution.
- Hospital Worker / MPHW / Sanitary Worker / Security: Passed 8th standard and must know how to read and write in Tamil.
Age Limit

Selection Process
- For Non-Interview Posts: Selection will be done based on marks or guidelines specified in the relevant Government Orders, following a merit/seniority list.
- For Interview Posts: Evaluation and ranking will be carried out based on interview performance scores.
- Certificate Verification: Eligible applicants will be called for document checking.
- Locality Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing within the specific blocks where vacancies exist. Neighboring blocks/districts will be considered only if local candidates are unavailable.
