Salary Details
- Caseworker: Rs. 18,000/- per month (Consolidated pay).
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized Board or Equivalent Board.
- Applicants must possess good communication skills (speaking abilities).
- Weightage will be given to candidates with work experience.
- Preference may be given to personnel who have experience working in Emergency Helplines.
Age Limit
- Candidates must not have completed 42 years of age as of 01.07.2026.
- A one-time age relaxation of up to 10 years may be allowed for candidates with prior experience in emergency helpline services (applicable only until the end of the 2025-26 financial year).
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on educational qualifications and submitted experience documents.
- Preference will be given to those with emergency helpline experience.
