Salary Details
- Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,46,232/- per month.
- Deduction of Rs. 1,350/- per month if the candidate possesses only a diploma.
- Deduction of Rs. 2,250/- per month if the candidate does not possess a PG degree or diploma.
- Salary revisions as per Government of India/ESIC guidelines.
Educational Qualification
- MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent in the concerned specialty from a recognized university/institution, registered with Delhi Medical Council.
- If PG qualified candidates are unavailable, MBBS doctors with 2 years of experience (including 1 year in the concerned specialty) from a government or private hospital (not a private clinic) may be considered.
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview.
- Age relaxation applicable as per rules.
Selection Process
- Selection through walk-in interview and document verification.
How to Apply
- Attend the walk-in interview on 16.09.2025 at the office of the Medical Superintendent, IG ESI Hospital, Delhi.
- Report by 9:00 AM; no entry after 10:30 AM.
- Bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- UR/OBC candidates must submit a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- in favor of “ESI FUND ACCOUNT NO – 1” payable at New Delhi.
- SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempt from the fee.
Instructions
- The position is purely contractual for 39 days, extendable for another 39 days with a 1-day break, subject to performance and vacancy.
- Selected candidates must submit a security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- via Demand Draft at joining.
- Sign an agreement on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper (cost borne by candidate).
- Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council by joining.
- No claim for regularization or benefits like PF, pension, etc.
- Candidates in current employment must provide NOC.
- Resignation requires 7 days’ notice or equivalent salary deposit.
- No private practice allowed.
- Bring specified documents for verification, including identity proof, address proof, educational certificates, and category certificates if applicable.
