Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day operational support for the Endpoint Security/EDR Solution Service.
- Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.
- Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy.
- Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis.
- Very good Understanding for Endpoint Logs to investigate any incidents happening
