Salary Details
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–3%–1,40,000 (IDA – E-1 Level)
- Emoluments: Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @35% of Basic, HRA, Medical, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes & other benefits as per AAI rules.
- CTC: Around ₹13 lakhs per annum (approx.)
Educational Qualification
(Must possess the degree and have qualified the relevant GATE paper in 2023/2024/2025. Final year students may apply but must produce final result at verification.)

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on normalized GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 marks in the relevant discipline.
- Equal weightage for any valid GATE year.
- Document/Application Verification for shortlisted candidates; must produce all originals, GATE scorecard, and proof of eligibility.
- Final selection as per GATE merit and document verification.
- For Electronics: Training + Surety Bond of ₹7 lakhs for 3 years’ service post training.
