Salary Details
- Consolidated monthly pay:
- Year 1: Rs.40,000
- Year 2: Rs.45,000
- Year 3: Rs.50,000
- Year 4 (if extended): Rs.55,000
- Reimbursements: Rs.12,000/year towards medical insurance premium, life insurance premium, uniforms, stitching, footwear, etc.
- Retention Bonus: Rs.25,000 per completed year, payable cumulatively as Rs.1,00,000 at end of 4 years.
- Mandatory: Medical insurance cover Rs.2 lakh/year and life insurance Rs.5 lakh/year at joining.
Educational Qualification
- 4-year full-time BE/B.Tech in any of:
- Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Telecommunication, Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation.
- Minimum class: Pass Class.
Experience
- As on 01.08.2025: Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in:
- Installation and commissioning of Electronics/Electrical systems, and
- Integration of Electronic/Embedded systems for projects.
- Not counted as experience: Teaching/Research, internship/project work (academic), non-profit org experience, work prior to graduation.
- Must possess experience certificates from previous/current employers clearly indicating period and post held. If current employment proof not provided, attach current offer, employee ID proof, and latest payslip.
Age Limit
- As on 01.08.2025: 32 years (General/EWS).
- Relaxations: OBC(NCL)+3 years; SC/ST+5 years; PwBD (≥40% disability) +10 years over applicable category relaxation.
- Proof of DOB: SSLC/SSC/ISC marks card or valid document.
Selection Process
- Written Test: 85 marks.
- Interview: 15 marks (called category-wise in 1:5 ratio based on vacancies).
- Minimum qualifying marks in both stages:
- General/EWS/OBC: 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
- Test/Interview venue will be intimated later.
- Medical fitness as per BEL standards is mandatory.

Instructions

- Initial training at Bengaluru; posting to assigned locations thereafter. Self-arranged accommodation; housing cost not borne by BEL.
