Salary Details
- Consolidated CTC: Rs.26,330 per month.
- Medical insurance and employee compensation insurance provided separately.
- PF: Statutory EPF deduction with matching employer contribution; payable at contract cessation.
- No claim for future regularization.
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Matriculation/Class 12th.
- ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade from Government ITIs of Tamil Nadu only.
- Minimum 60% aggregate in ITI.
- 2025 pass-outs: Must give undertaking; engagement subject to submission of consolidated marksheet with overall percentage before joining; diploma certificate thereafter.
Age Limit
- 18–33 years as on 01.08.2025.
- Usual relaxations for reserved categories as per Tamil Nadu Government rules.
Selection Process
- Document Verification.
- Screening including Tamil language proficiency test (reading/writing/speaking) – qualifying only.
- Exempted if Tamil was a subject in 10th standard.
- Medical fitness test as per DMRC medical standards; first medical borne by DMRC; re-medical at candidate’s cost.
- Empanelment valid for 2 years from approval date; panel operation by merit-cum-reservation and vacancy.
- Character & antecedent verification mandatory.
- Lasik surgery not suitable for Technician posts.
How to Apply
- Mode: Walk-in screening; report directly at venue and time with originals and one set photocopies.
- Reporting time: 8:30 AM on scheduled dates.
- Bring:
- 10 recent color passport photographs.
- Bio-Data Form (provided on the day).
- 10th certificate (mandatory) and DOB proof (SSC/Matric).
- Caste certificate (if applicable) issued by Govt. of Tamil Nadu.
- Complete educational certificates: ITI trade certificate and all semester-wise marksheets; CGPA/GPA to percentage conversion formula if applicable.
- ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Driving License/EPIC).
- Undertaking (for 2025 pass-outs) as applicable.
Instructions
- Ensure full eligibility before reporting.
- Engagement can be terminated by either side with 30 days’ notice; resignation requires 30 days’ notice or pay in lieu.
- Minimum service: 3 years; if leaving within 3 years, training cost recoverable on pro-rata basis (after training), as notified.
- Leave entitlement: 8 days CL (pro-rata) and 18 days EL (1.5 per completed month).
- Company may increase/decrease/cancel/modify requirements and process without notice.
- English version of notice prevails in case of translation discrepancies.
- Having cleared any stage does not confer right to engagement; candidature remains provisional subject to verification.
