Salary Details
- Pay Scale (IDA 2017): Rs.40,000–3%–1,40,000 (E-1).
- During Training (1 year): Basic Rs.40,000/month plus DA (currently 49%), HRA (Goa 18%), Perks & allowances (35%), and other benefits as per policy.
- CTC: Rs.11.65 LPA during training; Rs.15.40 LPA on absorption to Assistant Manager (E-1) with one increment; probation 1 year post-absorption.
- Benefits: Contributory Medical Insurance (OPD & Hospitalization), Accident Insurance, Welfare items as per rules.
- Security Deposit: 20% of Basic+DA for 2 years, deducted monthly; refundable with bank interest after 3 years of service (training included). Forfeited if leaving before 3 years.
Educational Qualification
- MT (Mechanical): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with minimum First Class/60% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution.
- MT (Electrical): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Electrical with minimum First Class/60% or equivalent CGPA.
- MT (Electronics): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Electronics or grouped equivalent (Electronics & Communication/Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control) with minimum First Class/60% or equivalent CGPA.
- MT (Naval Architecture): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Naval Architecture or grouped equivalents (Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture & Ocean/Marine/Offshore; Ocean Engg & Naval Arch.) with minimum First Class/60% or equivalent CGPA.
- MT (Robotics): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Robotics or grouped equivalents (Robotics & Automation/Robotics & AI) with minimum First Class/60% or equivalent CGPA.

Selection Process
- Written Test (CBT or PBT), followed by Document Verification and Interview.
- Written Test:
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Hindi).
- Type: Objective MCQs.
- Parts: Part-I Discipline Knowledge (60 marks); Part-II General Management Aptitude (Mental Ability, Reasoning, English, Data Analysis, Numerical Ability, etc.) (25 marks). Total 85 marks.
- Qualifying Marks in Written Test: UR/EWS: ≥50%; SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD: ≥45%.
- Shortlisting: May be in 1:5 ratio based on written performance, subject to minimum passing marks.
- Interview: 15 marks. Qualifying: UR/EWS ≥50%; SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD ≥45%.
- Final Merit: Aggregate of Written (85) + Interview (15), with reservation rules and age seniority for tie-break.
- Training: On-the-job training for 1 year (extendable if necessary).
