Salary Details
- JRF: Rs.31,000 + HRA
- Project Associate-I: Rs.25,000 + HRA
- Project Associate-II: Rs.28,000 + HRA
Educational Qualification
- For JRF:
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics/ECE/relevant specialization with First Division and qualified GATE, OR
- ME/M.Tech in Electronics/ECE/relevant specialization with First Division at both UG and PG.
- For PA-I: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electronics/ECE/relevant specialization from recognized university or equivalent.
- For PA-II: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electronics/ECE/relevant specialization with 2 years relevant experience.
Age Limit
- JRF: 28 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
- PA-I/PA-II: 35 years
Selection Process
- Walk-in Interview only.
- Higher shortlisting criteria may be imposed based on number of applicants.
- Final selection based on interview performance.
- Bring original certificates for verification. No TA/DA.
