Salary Details
The selected personnel will be engaged on a fixed tenure basis and will receive a monthly consolidated pay as follows:

Other Benefits:
- Conveyance: ₹500 per month
- Uniform Stitching: ₹1000 per annum
- Medical Insurance Reimbursement: Up to ₹3000 per annum
- Term Plan Reimbursement: Up to ₹1000 per annum
Educational Qualification
- Diploma Personnel: Must have completed a regular Diploma in the respective engineering domain (Mechanical/Electrical) with a first-class (60%) score.
- ITI Personnel: Must have a first-class (60%) in the respective trade (Fitter/Electrician) and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) along with a National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
- A 5% relaxation in the minimum percentage of marks is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Age Limit
The upper age limit as of 12th September 2025 is as follows:

Selection Process
The selection procedure will consist of the following stages:
- Computer-Based Written Test: A 2-hour test with 100 multiple-choice questions covering General Awareness (20 marks), English & Reasoning (20 marks), and the concerned Discipline (60 marks). There are no negative marks. The pass mark is 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for document verification based on merit.
- Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the document verification will undergo a pre-employment medical examination as per company standards.

- GEN/EWS/OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹200/- online. SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted from the fee.
- The online registration will be available until 18:00 Hrs on 12th September 2025.
- Note down the registration number generated after a successful application for future correspondence.

- This engagement is on a fixed-term contract for one year, extendable up to a maximum of four years based on performance and business requirements.
- The employment is temporary and does not confer any right to claim regular employment in the company.
- Selected candidates can be posted to any of BEML’s Regional or District offices across the country.
