Salary Details
The consolidated monthly salary for each position is as follows :
- Counselor FLCs: ₹25,000 per month, plus a lump sum of ₹1,000 for mobile and conveyance.
- Faculty: ₹30,000 per month.
- Office Assistant: ₹20,000 per month.
- Attendant: ₹14,000 per month.
- Watchman/Gardener: ₹12,000 per month.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following educational criteria :
- Faculty: A post-graduate degree such as MSW, MA in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology, BSc (Agri.), or BA with B.Ed. is required. Proficiency in computers (MS Office, internet, typing) is essential.
- Office Assistant: A graduate degree (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge, including TALLY, MS Office, internet, and typing skills in English and Hindi.
- Attendant: Must be a matriculate (10th pass). The ability to read and write the local language is preferred.
- Watchman/Gardener: Should have passed the 7th standard. Experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture is desirable.
- Counselor FLCs: A graduate or post-graduate degree from a UGC-recognized university is necessary. The candidate must be computer literate. Retired bank officials or ex-servicemen are preferred.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates should be as of 15/10/2025 :
- Faculty, Office Assistant, Attendant, Watchman/Gardener: Between 22 and 40 years.
- Counselor FLCs: Below 65 years.
Selection Process
The selection procedure varies by post :
- Counselor FLCs: Selection will be based on a personal interview.
- Faculty/Office Assistant: The process includes a Written/Computer test followed by a personal interview. A demonstration/presentation is also required for the Faculty post.
- Attendant/Watchman: Candidates will be selected through a personal interview.
