Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive emoluments based on the following pay scales, along with other allowances like DA, HRA, and CCA as per bank rules:
- Scale II: ₹64,820 to ₹93,960
- Scale III: ₹85,920 to ₹1,05,280
- Scale IV: ₹1,02,300 to ₹1,20,940
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications and work experience as of September 1, 2025. The qualifications must be from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India.
- IT & Information Security: Requires a B.E./B.Tech or Postgraduate degree in relevant fields like Computer Science, IT, or Electronics. Specific mandatory certifications are also required depending on the post.
- Corporate Credit & Financial Analyst: Requires qualifications like CA, or a Graduation degree combined with a full-time MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Post-qualification work experience in credit processing is necessary.
- Risk Management, Data Analyst: Requires CA, Master’s Degree in fields like Mathematics/Statistics, or an Engineering degree with a PG Diploma in Business Management. Relevant certifications and experience are preferred.
- Company Secretary: Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with post-qualification experience.
- Chartered Accountant: Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with relevant post-qualification experience.
Age Limit
The cut-off date for age eligibility is September 1, 2025. The age limits vary by post:
- Manager (Scale II): 23 to 31 years
- Senior Manager (Scale III): 25 to 33 years
- Chief Manager (Scale IV): 28 to 36 years
Relaxations in the upper age limit are applicable for reserved category candidates as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
Selection Process
The selection process will be determined by the bank based on the number of applications received and may include:
- Shortlisting of applications followed by an Interview.
- Written/Online Test followed by an Interview.
If a written test is conducted, it will consist of sections on Professional Knowledge, English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. The weightage ratio for the written test and interview will be 80:20. The minimum qualifying mark is 40% for General/EWS candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
