Salary Details
Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period. During this time, Graduate Engineer Trainees will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹50,000 per month, and Assistant Officer Trainees will receive ₹40,000 per month. Upon successful completion of training, they will be placed in the respective officer grade with applicable pay scales and benefits.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs): A first-class Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate from a university or institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
- Assistant Officer – Trainee: A first-class postgraduate degree from a recognized university or institute, qualified through NET/GATE.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for applicants is 30 years as of October 10, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable for candidates from reserved categories as per government regulations.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve two stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): An objective-type test with no negative marking. The test will cover subject knowledge, general knowledge, English, and reasoning/numerical ability.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be shortlisted for a personal interview.
Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in both the CBT and the Personal Interview to be considered for the final selection.

- Pay the application fee of ₹1,000 plus GST (SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted).
Instructions
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- A surety bond of ₹3,00,000 must be executed to serve the company for a minimum of three years after the training period.
- Appointment is subject to being found medically fit as per the company’s standards.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
- Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
