Salary Details
- CP/20/25 and CP/23/25: Pay scale 30,000 – 1,20,000; approximate CTC ~ INR 8.7 LPA; includes Basic + DA, fixed/variable allowances (23% of Basic), HRA/Lease, PF, Gratuity, and benefits like leaves, medical facility, accident/death insurance, and leave encashment as per company rules.
- CL/47/25 (Assistant Civil Engineer): Indicative monthly Basic INR 27,869; Gross INR 50,721; annual CTC ~ INR 6,08,658; actual remuneration depends on place of posting and appointment terms.
- Note: Remuneration for other posts follows pay scale norms; actual pay depends on posting and conditions in the offer.
Educational Qualification
- QA/QC Expert (CP/20/25): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; preference for PG in Civil with Environmental/Public Health Engineering or equivalent.
- Mechanical Engineer (CP/21/25): Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
- Electrical Engineer (CP/22/25): Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
- Contract Management Expert (CP/23/25): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; preference for M.E. Civil/M.Tech in Construction Project & Management.
- Assistant Civil Engineer (CL/47/25): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Degrees must be AICTE-recognized; Sections A & B of Institution of Engineers (India) treated as equivalent to Degree are acceptable; date of acquiring qualification as per earliest valid academic issuance rule.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 55 years as on 08.10.2025.
- Relaxations: SC/ST 5 years; OBC-NCL 3 years; PwBD 10 years in addition to category relaxation where post is identified as suitable; PwBD relaxation applicable irrespective of reservation if post is suitable.
Experience Requirements
- QA/QC Expert: Minimum 12 years; at least 7 years in quality control for water/sewerage sector. handled at least 2 similar projects as QA/QC Engineer; familiarity with QA programs in water supply/UGD.
- Mechanical Engineer: Minimum 10 years; at least 5 years in infrastructure sector.
- Electrical Engineer: Minimum 10 years; at least 5 years in infrastructure sector.
- Contract Management Expert: Minimum 10 years; at least 3 years in contract administration (tenders, contracts) in govt. water supply/STP/UGD projects; knowledge of GoI procurement guidelines; experience across item rate/percentage/EPC/PPP; PQ/bids preparation and evaluation.
- Assistant Civil Engineer: Minimum 8 years; at least 5 years in program/project management/TPI of WSS/STP/UGD.
- Training/internship/teaching/academic/fellowship/PhD periods are not counted as post-qualification experience; experience reckoned as on 08.10.2025.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility; selection by Interview only with 100% weightage: Technical & Professional proficiency 65%, Personality/Communication/Competency 35%.
- Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 60% for UR/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD against reserved posts; no aggregate minimum.
- Admit card issuance on 10.10.2025; candidates report between 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM at chosen venue; interviews 13.10.2025 to 16.10.2025 at Gurugram, Ahmedabad, or via Video Conferencing.
