Salary Details
The compensation package is negotiable and will depend on the candidate’s experience and current emoluments. The annual CTC is offered in the following ranges:
- Centre Head: Up to ₹100.00 Lakhs
- Senior Vice President (SVP): Up to ₹80.00 Lakhs
- Dy. Vice President: Up to ₹60.00 Lakhs
The CTC includes a fixed component (90%) and a variable component (10%) based on performance. An annual increment of 7% to 10% may be proposed from the second year onwards based on performance.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech degree in any discipline, or MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc. in any discipline from a recognized university. An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology and preferred certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or PMP are desirable. Extensive post-qualification work experience of 12 to 20 years in relevant IT/Cybersecurity fields is mandatory, depending on the post.
Age Limit
The age limits vary by position as of August 1, 2025:
- Centre Head: 45 to 50 years
- Senior Vice President (SVP): 38 to 50 years
- Dy. Vice President: 35 to 45 years
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on shortlisting and interviews.
- Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee will decide the parameters, and an adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.
- Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview only. CTC negotiation will be done with candidates based on the merit list.

- An application fee of ₹750 is applicable for General/EWS/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.

- Candidates must ensure they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as of the specified date.
- Candidates can apply for one post only. Multiple applications will result in the forfeiture of the fee, and only the last valid application will be considered.
- Candidates serving in Government/Quasi-Govt. offices or Public Sector Undertakings must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of the interview.
- The engagement is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit.
- Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
