Salary Details
- Junior Manager (Contract): Rs. 30,000 + IDA per month.
- Assistant Manager (Contract): Rs. 40,000 + IDA per month.
- No increments will be granted during the term of the contract.
Educational Qualification
- Junior Manager (Design & Development/Production/Quality): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering in relevant disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.
- Junior Manager (Legal): First Class degree with a First Class Degree in Law or a First Class integrated 5-year LLB.
- Junior Manager (Safety): First Class Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety Engineering or a related engineering field with a one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Junior Manager (Marketing & Export): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering or an M.B.A. in Marketing.
- Assistant Manager (Design & Development/Mechanical Maintenance): First Class Degree in Engineering in the specified disciplines such as Mechanical, Design, Thermal, Robotics, Mechatronics, etc.
Age Limit
The age limit for all posts is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following:
- Screening of applications.
- Shortlisting based on qualification and merit.
- Personal Interview (Physical/Virtual). The weightage for selection will be 75% for marks secured in the qualifying examination and 25% for the interview.
