Salary Details
The total Cost to Company (CTC) at the time of joining will be Rs. 7.44 lakhs per annum. This is inclusive of NPS contribution, Insurance Premium, and performance-based Variable Pay.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
- Experience: A mandatory minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions is required.
- Language Proficiency: Preference will be given to candidates proficient in the local language. For Delhi NCR, proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and for Maharashtra, proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
Age Limit
As of September 30, 2025, the maximum age for applicants is 30 years. There is a 5-year age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
