Salary Details
- The bank will pay a consolidated lump sum amount of ₹30,000/- per month.
- The salary is inclusive of all statutory deductions.
- Annual increment and performance-based incentives may be provided as decided by the competent authority.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India.
- The selection pool is restricted to Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) engaged with the Department of Posts as of 01.08.2025.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 20 and 35 years of age as of 01.08.2025.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a merit list prepared according to the marks obtained in the graduation degree.
- IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
- In case of a tie in marks, seniority in service at DoP will be considered, followed by the date of birth.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification. A Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the Divisional Head will be required.
