Salary Details

Educational Qualification

- YP Technician: Diploma in Engineering (ECE/CS/Mechanical/IT/EEE/Civil) or B.Sc (IT/Chemistry) or BCA.
- YP Operator: ITI Trade Certificate in relevant fields (Electronics, Mechanical, Fitter, etc.).
- YP Generalist (HR/Finance): Any degree with mandatory knowledge of computer applications.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as of the date of the advertisement.

Selection Process
- YP Graduate: Two-stage process including shortlisting based on points, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
- YP Technician & Operator: Two-stage process involving shortlisting and a Skill Test.
- Probation: Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month probationary period.
