Educational Qualification
- Special Educator: Diploma/Bachelors/Master’s degree in Special Education (D.Ed / B.Ed/M.Ed) from a UGC-recognized university, with active RCI Registration.
- RMNCH Counsellor: Masters / Bachelors Degree in Social Work / Public Administration / Psychology / Sociology / Home Science / Hospital & Health Management with 1-2 years experience.
- Yoga and Naturopathy Doctor / Consultant: BNYS or MD (Y&N).
- Ayurveda Doctor: BAMS or MD (A).
- Attender (MPW): 8th Pass with reading and writing skills in Tamil.
- Siddha Doctor: MD (Siddha).
- Yoga Professional: BNYS.
- Siddha Pharmacist: Diploma in Integrated Pharmacist (TN Govt issued only).
- Siddha Therapeutic Assistant: Diploma in Nursing Therapy (TN Govt issued only).
- Data Assistant (Siddha): Graduation in Computer Application / IT / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc IT or Graduation with 1-year computer diploma. Must have typing speed of 30WPM (English) and 25WPM (Tamil).
- Laboratory Technician Gr-3: 12th pass with Biology + 2 years DMLT approved by the Directorate of Medical Education.
Age Limit
- Special Educator: Below 40 Years.
- Laboratory Technician Gr-3: 30 years or Below.

Selection Process
- Interview Basis: Special Educator, RMNCH Counsellor, Yoga and Naturopathy Doctor, Ayurveda Doctor, Consultant, Attender, Siddha Doctor, Yoga Professional, Siddha Pharmacist, Data Assistant, Laboratory Technician.
- Non-Interview Basis: Siddha Therapeutic Assistant.
- All positions are strictly on a contract basis.
