Salary Details
- Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / HI Gr.II: Rs. 17,500/-
- ICTC Counsellor: Rs. 21,000/-
- RMNCH Counsellor: Rs. 21,000/-
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwife: Rs. 17,500/-
- NTEP Lab Technician: Rs. 17,000/-
- Therapeutic Assistant: Rs. 15,000/-
- NRHM Therapeutic Assistant: Rs. 17,000/-
- NRHM Dispenser (Unani): Rs. 18,000/-
Educational Qualification
- MPHW (Male) / HI Gr.II: +2 with Biology or Botany/Zoology; Tamil at SSLC level; 2-year MPHW(M)/HI/SI training course certificate granted by DPH&PM.
- ICTC Counsellor: Graduate degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing with 3 years HIV/AIDS experience. (Post-graduate degree is desirable; specific exemptions exist for community-recruited candidates).
- RMNCH Counsellor: M.Sc/B.Sc in Social Work/Public Admin/Psychology/Home Science/Hospital & Health Management with 1-2 years experience and basic computer skills.
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM): Higher Secondary (+2); 2-year MPHW(F) or ANM training course by DPH± registered with TN Nurses and Midwives Council.
- NTEP Lab Technician: 10+2 and 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by DME.
- Therapeutic Assistant / NRHM Therapeutic Assistant: 2-year Diploma in Nursing Therapy (D.N.T.) approved by Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy.
- NRHM Dispenser (Unani): D.Pharm (AYUSH) from Govt. approved Indian Medicine Institution affiliated with TN Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
