Educational Qualification
- Deputy General Manager (Accounts): CA with minimum 26 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts in industry; Project Finance, Funds Management, Cost Control, MIS, etc.
- Asst. GM (Finance): CA with minimum 23 years post-qualification relevant experience in large industrial org.; Working Capital, Project Finance, Forex, Hedging, etc.
- DGM (Instrumentation): First Class BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation/related) OR First Class Science Degree + PG Diploma (Process Instrumentation) with 26 years exp.; experience in large continuous process industries/factory automation.
- DGM/AGM (Tissue Machine Production): First Class BE/B.Tech (Chemical/Pulp & Paper), or relevant Science/Tech degree with PG Diploma. DGM: 26 yrs, AGM: 23 yrs post-qualification exp.; Must head high speed tissue operations 5 yrs.
- Asst. Manager (Tissue Machine Production): First Class related degree with PG Diploma. Min 8 yrs post-qualification exp. in crescent former type tissue machine.
- Asst. Manager (Laboratory): First Class 3 yrs B.Sc + 2 yrs M.Sc (Chemistry) OR BE/B.Tech (Pulp & Paper) OR Science degree with PG Diploma (Pulp & Paper). 8 yrs exp. in laboratory of integrated paper/board/tissue plant.
- Officer (Digital Marketing): First Class BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT) + First Class MBA (Marketing/Digital) or related. Min 5 yrs in digital/social media marketing. Strong technical hands-on, analytics & campaign management.
Age Limit
- Deputy General Manager / DGM (Finance/Accounts/Instrumentation): Min 46 yrs, Max 57 yrs (as on 01.08.2025); up to 2 yrs relaxation for deserving.
