Salary Details
The salary for the selected candidates will be as per the norms of the Regional Rural Banks.
Educational Qualification
(as on 21.09.2025)
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB is required, and working knowledge of computers is desirable.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Proficiency in the local language and computer knowledge is desirable.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
- Information Technology Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology with 50% marks and one year of relevant experience.
- Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with one year of experience.
- Law Officer: Degree in Law with 50% marks and two years of experience as an advocate or law officer.
- Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with one year of relevant experience.
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing with one year of relevant experience.
- Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture with 50% marks and two years of relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit

- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Between 18 and 28 years.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Between 18 and 30 years.
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Between 21 and 32 years.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Between 21 and 40 years.
Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection process varies by post:
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): The selection will be based on a two-tier examination process: a Preliminary Exam and a Main Exam.
- Officer Scale-I: The process includes a Preliminary Exam, a Main Exam, and a Common Interview.
- Officers Scale-II and III: Candidates will be selected through a Single Online Examination followed by a Common Interview.

- Register by providing basic information to generate a provisional registration number and password.
- Log in and fill out the application form with all the required details.
- Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Review and submit the application form.
- Print a copy of the completed application form and the e-receipt for your records.
Application Fee:
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM Candidates: Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST)
- All Other Candidates: Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST)
Instructions
- A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and can also apply for one post in the Officer’s cadre (Scale-I, II, or III).
- Candidates must apply separately and pay the fee for each post.
- All educational qualifications should be from a government-recognized university/institution, and results must be declared on or before September 21, 2025.
- Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
