Salary Details
- During Training (1 Year): Selected candidates will receive a lump sum stipend of Rs. 60,000/- per month. Free lodging facility will be provided at the company’s hostel if posted at Trombay or Thal.
- After Absorption: Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed in the E1 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-. The total monthly gross emoluments (Basic + VDA + Perks + HRA) will be approximately Rs. 86,320/-.
Educational Qualification
- Engineering Disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Civil, etc.): Regular and full-time 4-year B.E. / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate in the Final Year (55% for SC/ST category candidates).
- MT (Boiler): Engineering Graduate in relevant disciplines along with a valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE) / Boiler Proficiency Certificate.
- MT (CC LAB): Ph.D. in Chemistry OR Regular full-time B.E. / B. Tech in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering.
- MT (Rajbhasha): Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject, or Master’s in English with Hindi as a subject, with a minimum 60% aggregate in the final year.
- MT (Finance): CA/CMA OR Graduation Degree with a two-year regular and full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM with specialization in Finance, securing minimum 60% marks in the final year.
- MT (Marketing): Science / Engineering / Agriculture Graduate along with a two-year regular and full-time MBA / MMS / PG Diploma with specialization in Marketing / Agri-Business, securing minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit
- Cut-off Date: Age will be calculated as on 01.02.2026.
- Unreserved (UR) / EWS Category: Maximum 27 years (for most posts).
- OBC (NCL) Category: Maximum 30 years.
- SC / ST Category: Maximum 32 years.
- Note: Age limits may slightly vary for specific roles like MT Materials (ST only – 32 years) or Ph.D. candidates for CC LAB. PwBD candidates get an additional relaxation of 10 to 15 years as per Govt. norms.
Selection Process
- Online Test: Computer-based objective type test containing 100 questions (50 domain-specific and 50 general aptitude/English/GK). The test carries an 80% weightage. Negative marking is applicable for wrong answers.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview in a 1:7 ratio. The interview carries a 20% weightage.
- Document Scrutiny: Thorough verification of all uploaded documents.
- Pre-Employment Medical Exam: Final selection is subject to candidates being declared medically fit by RCF Ltd’s designated physician.

- Click on the “APPLY ONLINE” option to open the registration screen.
- Choose “Click here for New Registration” and enter basic details to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Upload scanned images of your recent photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration in the specified formats and sizes.
- Fill in the educational, personal, and professional details in the application form and upload the necessary PDF documents (Max 500 KB).
- Proceed to the ‘Payment’ tab and pay the application fee online using Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or UPI.
- Submit the form and take a printout of the e-Receipt and the final online application form for future reference.
Instructions
- Application Fee: UR, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- plus bank charges and GST. SC, ST, PwBD, ExSM, and Female candidates are completely exempted from payment of application fees.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- to serve the company for a minimum of 4 years (including the 1-year training period).
- Hand-written Declaration: The declaration must be written in English by the candidate with black ink on white paper. Signatures or declarations in CAPITAL letters will be rejected.
- Shift Duties: The job requires high physical fitness and involves rotating shifts, including night shifts.
