Salary Details
- Pay Scale: JMG/S-I scale starting at Rs. 48,480 and going up to Rs. 85,920 (48480 – 2000/7 – 62480 – 2340/2 – 67160 – 2680/7 – 85920).
- Additional Benefits: Selected candidates are eligible for one advance increment for 1 year or more of work experience as an Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Emoluments include basic pay, allowances, and perquisites as per the industry-level bipartite settlement.
Educational Qualification
- Degree: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India (as of 01.08.2026).
- Language: Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of the applied State.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years (as on 01.08.2026).
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01.08.2026).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 to 15 years for PwBD, and 5 to 10 years for Ex-servicemen.
Selection Process
- Online Test: A multiple-choice examination covering English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Mandatory for candidates who do not possess a 10th/12th standard mark sheet evidencing the local language as a subject.
- Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will undergo GD and/or PI to assess personality, communication, problem-solving skills, and suitability for the role.

- Log in and carefully fill out the complete online application form.
- Upload required scanned documents, including a recent photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.
- Submit the application and save the system-generated printout and fee receipt for future reference.
Instructions
- Application Fee: Rs. 850 (inclusive of GST) for General, EWS, and OBC candidates; Rs. 175 for SC, ST, PwBD, and Women candidates.
- Single Application: A candidate can apply for one State only. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid application will be retained.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond to serve the Bank for a minimum of 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to three months’ gross salary (up to Rs. 2 Lakhs).
- Exclusions: Current Bank of Baroda employees and former employees who resigned from an officer position within the last three years are ineligible to apply.
