Educational Qualification
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree / Integrated Dual Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) from a recognized university OR
- Chartered Accountant.
- Desirable:
- Professional qualifications such as CMA / CFA / ICWA.
- JAIIB / CAIIB preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification officer-level experience in any Scheduled Public Sector or Private Sector Bank.
- Preference for experience in Credit, Branch Head, or In-charge roles.
Age Limit (as on 31.07.2025)
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum: 35 years
- Relaxation: As per Government norms (SC/ST – 5 yrs; OBC – 3 yrs; PwBD – 10 to 15 yrs; Ex-Servicemen – 5 yrs, etc.).
Job Profile (Indicative)
- Head branch operations, business development, and public relations.
- Sanctioning & appraisal of credit proposals.
- Monitoring NPAs, recovery, and compliance with banking norms.
- Liaising with government, regulatory bodies, corporates, and high-net-worth clients.
- Ensuring branch systems & procedures adherence.
