Salary & Allowances
- Pensioner (Retired Bank Official): Last pay + allowances drawn minus basic pension + relief, or ₹25,000 pm, whichever is lower

- Travel: TA/DA ₹300/day on actuals
- No other benefits (DA, HRA, medical, etc.)
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential:
- Graduate in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university
- Computer literacy (MS Office, internet, typing in local language)
- Desirable:
- Retired/VRS-opted bank official (Scale-I & above) or ex-serviceman or school teacher with banking knowledge
- IIBF certification in financial services
- Unblemished service record (Service Certificate required)
- Preferred:
- Rural development background (Agriculture Finance Officer, RSETI faculty, Lead District Manager, etc.)
- Language: Excellent communication in local dialect
Age Limit
- Min. 45 years, Max. 65 years as on 15.09.2025
