Salary Details
- CDA Scale: For government employees, pay will be as per the DPE guidelines, including perks, allowances of their parent cadre, and the prescribed deputation allowance.
- IDA Scale: For employees in the IDA scale, the pay scale will be Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 (E5) as per IRCTC policy.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a B.Tech/B.Sc/BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in relevant specific areas is required.
- Preference will be given to officers with IT exposure.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be below 55 years of age as of the closing date of the vacancy notice (27.09.2025).
Selection Process
The selection will be based on the procedure advised by the Ministry of Railways Letter No. 2017/E(O)II/41/5 dated 25.05.2017.

- Applications from Railway/Railway PSU employees should be forwarded with vigilance/D&AR clearance and APARs of the last three years to the Railway Board for onward transmission to IRCTC.
