Salary Details
- Deputation: Level-10 in Pay Matrix ₹56,100–1,77,500 with allowances as per Central Autonomous Body under DEPwD, MSJ&E.
- Contract: ₹50,000 per month consolidated; annual increment at 3%; tenure up to 5 years or till 65 years, whichever earlier, based on annual performance review.
Educational Qualification
- Deputation (Essential):
- Post Graduate Degree/MBA from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in establishment/administrative matters in Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSU/Semi/Quasi-Govt.
- Holding analogous post; or Level-9 for >5 years; or Level-8 for >8 years.
- Contract (Essential):
- Post Graduate Degree/MBA from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in establishment/administrative matters in Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSU/Semi/Quasi-Govt.
Age Limit
- Deputation: Maximum 56 years as on closing date; age reckoned on last date of application.
- Contract: Up to 65 years (tenure extendable yearly up to 5 years based on performance).
Selection Process
- Shortlisting by Screening Committee; only shortlisted candidates will be called as per NIMHR norms; no interim correspondence.
- For deputation: applications through proper channel with last 5 years ACRs/APARs, integrity and vigilance clearance; deputation governed by GoI rules; total deputation ordinarily not exceeding five years.
