Salary Details
- Consolidated remuneration of ₹1,00,000 per month; no other allowances are payable; TA/DA admissible only for official tours as per norms.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: 1st Class Graduate Degree in any discipline with 8 years’ experience in managerial/administrative capacity in Government/public/private sector handling administration, accounts, and establishment matters.
- Desirable: Experience in Corporate Affairs or managing academic institutions/financial management/human resource management.
Age Limit
- Maximum 63 years as on the closing date of application.
Selection Process
- Selection through written test and/or interview by a duly constituted Selection Committee; no TA/DA for interview; mere eligibility does not confer the right to selection.
- Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning reasons.

Instructions
- Initial engagement for 1 year; extendable/curtailed based on performance and requirement; full-time attendance on working days and, if required, on holidays.
- Either side may terminate with one-month notice or one month’s consolidated emoluments in lieu; may be terminated without notice for conduct/performance detrimental to the organization.
- Number of positions or remuneration may be increased/decreased; annual increment as per IICA HR Policy; conditions may be relaxed in exceptional cases by competent authority.
