Salary Details
- Gender Specialist: Rs. 21,000/- Per Month

Educational Qualification
1. Gender Specialist
- Must possess a Graduate degree in Social Work or other Social Disciplines.
- Preference: Post-Graduates in the respective field will be given higher priority.
2. Specialist In Financial Literacy
- Must possess a Graduate degree in Economics, Banking, or other similar disciplines.
- Preference: Post-Graduates in the respective field will be given higher priority.
Experience Required
- Gender Specialist: At least 3 years of experience working with the Government or a Non-Government Organization (NGO) specifically in Gender-Focused Themes.
- Specialist In Financial Literacy: At least 3 years of experience working with the Government or a Non-Government Organization (NGO) specifically in Financial Literacy or Financial Inclusion Focussed Themes.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be under 35 years of age to apply for these vacancies.
Selection Process
- Screening and shortlisting of applications based on education and experience eligibility criteria.
- Document Verification / Interview of the shortlisted candidates conducted by the District Selection Committee under the District Collector, Sivaganga.
