Salary Details
- Associate Consultant: ₹50,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Professional Intern: ₹30,000/- per month (consolidated)
Educational Qualification & Experience
Associate Consultant (Finance):
- Qualification: CMA (Inter) / CA (Inter) / MBA.
- Experience:
- 10 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, and Taxation. Experience in the port industry is preferable.
- Sound knowledge of SAP & Advanced MS Office.
Professional Intern (Business Development, Commercial & Marketing):
- Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of International Business (MIB) or MBA/PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in Shipping, Port Operation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Business, Maritime Trade, etc.
- Required Skill Set:
- Report writing
- Presentation skills
- Framing timeline & Road Map
- Critical Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Age Limit
- Associate Consultant: Up to 40 years
- Professional Intern: Up to 30 years
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following criteria:
- Associate Consultant: Selection will be based on marks for Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Interview in the ratio of 60:25:15.
- Professional Intern: Selection will be based on marks for Educational Qualifications and Interview in the ratio of 85:15.
Provisionally selected candidates will be notified via email for document verification.
